COURSES & PROGRAMS
Our on-site Workplace Compliance Programs are designed especially for your environment. Whether you are a business, church, or a family that wants training, groups of 5 or more qualify for private training sessions. As a Health & Safety Institute affiliate (HSI), our certification programs issue a 2-year recognition which is OSHA and workplace compliant. HSI training programs are equivalent to those offered by American Hearth Association (AHA) and meet the AHA's guidelines.
Our convenient on-site training lets us bring the classroom directly to you. Just contact us (form below) and give us the date and time that is best for your group’s schedule. Our training team will design a program that meets your needs. Rates will vary based on group size and availability.
Also check for any available classes being offered in your area on our Facebook or Instagram pages. Please message for class dates and times.
BLS TRAINING
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for healthcare professionals tests your knowledge in assisting in breathing and cardiac emergencies. The Healthcare Provider course teaches the skills of CPR for victims of all ages (including ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen), and use of an AED. The course is designed for healthcare providers who care for patients in a wide variety of settings, both in and out of the hospital.
CPR / AED TRAINING
CPR / AED training is a modular course that teaches lay rescuers how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking for responsive adult, child, and infant victims. Students also learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke in adults as well as breathing difficulties in children. This program teaches rescue breathing with and without the use of barrier devices.
FIRST AID CERTIFICATION
First Aid certification tests your knowledge of basic first aid principles, and your skills in recognizing and responding to medical emergencies. The First Aid course teaches rescuers to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until emergency medical services personnel arrive.
Are you a new parent? What should you do if your child falls and hits his head? What if you think your daughter may have a broken arm? Should you use a heat pad or ice on that bruise? Whether you’re a parent, a concerned neighbor, or a concerned co-worker, these are questions you may have asked yourself. Whether you’re at home or at work where OSHA regulates a certain level of preparedness, first aid skills are invaluable.
